On Friday, February 8, Florida Legal Foundation filed a brief amicus curiae in the United States Supreme Court along with 7 other non-profit organizations from around the US.

The Florida Legal Foundation successfully supports the appeal of an unconstitutional order from the CDC prohibiting property owners in the US from evicting tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Foundation President supports and helps craft the craft Article V, sec. 21 of the Florida Constitution, prohibiting judges from giving deference agency interpretations of statutes and rules in the Florida courts.
